Resident Equity
Full access for all property owners. The $115,000 joining fee and a $2,000 transfer fee are one-time payments due at closing. Monthly dues of $2,327 cover all club amenities including golf, tennis, pickleball, fitness, pool, dining, and Xfinity high-speed internet.

Visit Fiddlesticks, tour the clubhouse and amenities, and explore available homes with us. We will match you with the right subdivision and property.
Make an Offer
Once you have found your home, we will help you submit a competitive offer and negotiate the best terms. Our local expertise gives you an edge.
Background Check & Board Approval
All new owners must pass a background check and be approved by the Fiddlesticks Board of Directors. This typically takes 2-3 weeks.
Close & Purchase Membership
At closing, you will pay the $115,000 joining fee and a $2,000 real estate transaction fee, in addition to the home purchase price. We coordinate everything.
