Fiddlesticks rentals offer a unique opportunity to experience one of Southwest Florida's premier private golf communities. While peak season runs January through March, rentals are available year-round — seasonal, off-season, or annual. Any home or condominium in the community can be rented, from Highlands condos to lakefront estates. Most rentals are arranged off-market through resident connections, which is why working with an agent who lives in the community makes all the difference.

What's Included
Full Golf Privileges
Unlimited golf on both championship courses. Tee times available up to 7 days in advance. Cart fees of $34 per person apply.
Pool & Fitness
Full access to the resort-style heated pool, fitness center with TPI golf fitness, and racquet sports facilities.
Dining & Social
Five dining venues, weekly entertainment, and a social calendar with over 100 events per season. Full clubhouse privileges included.
Tennis & Pickleball
Har-Tru tennis courts and pickleball courts with organized leagues and social play.
Full Club Access
Renters enjoy the same club amenities as members. $500 refundable clubhouse deposit required.
